چکیده

In this research, we have demonstrated a one-step electrochemical deposition of dendritic gold nanostructures (DGNs) on graphite rod (GR) electrode without any template, seeds, surfactants, or stabilizers. Three methods, namely, constant potential amperometry (CPA), pulse amperometry, and differential voltammetry, were used for DGN synthesis GR further application in enzymatic glucose biosensors. Formed nanostructures, including DGNs, characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy. The optimal concentration HAuCl4 (6.0 mmol L?1), duration DGNs (400 s), electrodeposition (?0.4 V), the best method (CPA) determined experimentally. Then enzyme, oxidase, was adsorbed surface covalently cross-linked with glutaraldehyde vapor. biosensor based electrodeposited at conditions modified oxidase showed quick response (less than 3 high saturation current (291 ?A), appropriate linear range (up to 9.97 L?1 glucose, R2 = 0.9994), good repeatability (RSD 2.4, 2.2 1.5% 2, 30, 97 glucose), low limit detection (0.059 L?1, S/N 3) stability. Additionally, could be successfully applied determination real samples accuracy. These results proved principle development as basis investigations.

An amperometric biosensor for glucose based on electrodeposited redox polymer/glucose oxidase film on a gold electrode.

In this paper, we described a glucose biosensor based on the co-electrodeposition of a poly(vinylimidazole) complex of [Os(bpy)2Cl](+/2+) (PVI-Os) and glucose oxidase (GOX) on a gold electrode surface. The one-step co-electrodeposition method provided a better control on the sensor construction, especially when it was applied to microsensor construction. The modified electrode exhibited the cla...

Self-gelatinizable copolymer immobilized glucose biosensor based on prussian blue modified graphite electrode.

A novel poly(vinyl alcohol) grafting 4-vinylpyridine self-gelatinizable copolymer was adapted to immobilize glucose oxidase. The reduction of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) was detected at a Prussian Blue (PB) modified graphite electrode. A stable and sensitive glucose amperometric biosensor is described. The copolymer is a good biocompatible polymer in which the glucose oxidase retains high activity...

Reagentless glucose biosensor based on direct electron transfer of glucose oxidase immobilized on colloidal gold modified carbon paste electrode.

The direct electrochemistry of glucose oxidase (GOD) adsorbed on a colloidal gold modified carbon paste electrode was investigated. The adsorbed GOD displayed a pair of redox peaks with a formal potential of -(449+/-1) mV in 0.1 M pH 5.0 phosphate buffer solution. The response showed a surface-controlled electrode process with an electron transfer rate constant of (38.9+/-5.3)/s determined in t...
